In the spring of 2024, I underwent a self-led independent study in ceramics focusing on glaze chemistry and calculation. My main task was working on line blends and a triaxial blend, which led me to pursue summer research into glazes. I’ve also included the other work I made that semester since it showcases my growth as an artist. I experimented with layering glazes, stains, and other surface decorations.
